I have been so honored to be chosen to become a writer for Hong Kong’s Quarterly ” Rhythm Magazine”, since 2013 I have come on board to write and also design my own recipes for 2 to 4 page spreads in this magazine. Having both Cantonese and English, my recipe caters for both Chinese and westerners.  I include step by step easy to follow instructions that even an amateur cook will know how to follow and produce yummy dishes! I really hope I can get your support and I really hope you guys enjoy what I have put out there!
